Novotechnik LWG’s rugged anodized aluminium housing is sealed to deliver reliable linear position indication in tough environments where other transducers are lacking:

• accuracy within 0.05%
• resolution to better than 0.0004" (0.01mm)
• operational life up to 100 million cycles
• sealed to protection class IP 65

The transducer is suspended between twin spherical zero-backlash bearings that tolerate up to ±25° off-axis actuation to eliminate side-load error. Eleven models cover electrical stroke lengths from 75 to 825mm with nominal resistances in the range of 2 to 10kΩ. Numerous other design and operating advantages make the LWG series the ideal position transducers to choose for demanding industrial applications.
